DGXP COMPLIANCELAB PRIVATE LIMITED (“DGXPComplianceLab”, “we”) operates this website. This notice explains what personal data we collect through it, why, and how we protect it. It is intended to reflect the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and general good practice.
Data we collect
Enquiry and project forms: name, organisation, email, phone, country, the area of interest and the message you write.
Career applications: the personal and professional details in the form, your résumé (PDF or DOCX) and your cover message.
Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent at submission, used for security, spam prevention and an audit trail of submissions.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess your job application, to keep a record of what was submitted and when, and to protect the website from abuse. We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Authorised DGXPComplianceLab staff with a role-based login. Email notifications are sent through our email provider. For a specific project we may share necessary business contact details with a partner organisation only after discussing it with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Career applications and résumés are kept for up to 2 years so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Security
Forms are protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS), anti-forgery tokens and spam controls. Résumés are validated, renamed and stored outside the public web folder. Administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@dgxpcompliancelab.com (enquiries) or hrd@dgxpcompliancelab.com (applications). Please quote your reference number.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies:
- DGXPSESS — session cookie that keeps forms secure (anti-forgery and spam checks). Deleted when you close the browser.
- dgxp_notice — remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice (12 months).
No analytics, advertising or social tracking cookies are set. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the optional interactive map loads OpenStreetMap tiles only after you click “Load interactive map”; those providers receive your IP address when content is loaded.
