Established 2019 · Who we are
About DGXPComplianceLab
A pharmaceutical-focused business cluster that connects research, development, manufacturing, laboratory, quality, regulatory, technology, digital and AI capabilities into practical project execution.

Who we are
Established in 2019 in Hyderabad, DGXPComplianceLab Pvt. Ltd. provides pharmaceutical research, development, technology, compliance, digital transformation and contract-service project support across multiple areas of the pharmaceutical lifecycle.
We work with specialised pharmaceutical service organisations, research teams, technology providers, contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs), contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), contract research organisations (CROs) and contract laboratories — selected for each project based on its specific requirements.
We identify, coordinate, manage and execute the right capabilities across the pharmaceutical lifecycle based on project requirements. Manufacturing, laboratory and clinical research activities are performed by qualified partner organisations.

Our vision
A pharmaceutical industry in which science, quality, technology and AI work as one connected system — so products move from concept to patient with less rework, clearer knowledge and stronger compliance.
Our mission
To connect pharmaceutical requirements with the right research, manufacturing, laboratory, technology, digital and AI capabilities — and to execute projects with sound documentation, verification and quality practice at every step.
Working with us
Engagement models
Choose the way of working that fits your requirement. Many projects combine more than one model.
Project-based delivery
A defined scope, deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria — from a single study or validation package to a complete technology-transfer or digital project.
Assessment & advisory
Gap assessments, feasibility studies, technical due diligence and second opinions before you commit budget or change a process.
Dedicated expert support
Specialists who work alongside your team for an agreed period — QA, validation, regulatory, automation, software or AI governance.
Partner coordination
One point of contact while we coordinate the right CMO/CDMO, CRO, laboratory or technology partners for your requirement.

ActiveOur approach
Four principles guide how we scope and run every engagement.
Requirement first
We start from the product, process or business need — not from a technology we want to sell.
Right capability, right place
Internal team where we lead; qualified partners where specialised facilities are needed. Always stated openly.
Documented by design
Plans, risk assessments, protocols and reports are built as the work happens, ready for review and inspection.
Verified before release
Testing, verification, qualification or validation proportionate to risk — for processes, systems and AI.
Our pharmaceutical lifecycle model
We view every project against thirteen lifecycle stages. Knowing where a requirement sits tells us which data already exists, which decisions are still open and which capabilities are needed next.
Explore the lifecycle
Our technology approach
Technology follows process understanding. We map the current process, remove unnecessary steps, then decide what should be automated, digitised or connected — and how it will be validated.
- Requirements traced to design, tests and evidence (GAMP 5 lifecycle)
- Data integrity built in: audit trails, access control, ALCOA+
- Integration planned early — equipment, LIMS, MES, ERP and document systems
- Validation effort proportionate to patient, product and data risk
Our AI philosophy
AI is not implemented simply because it is available. We apply it where it reduces review effort, surfaces patterns or makes knowledge accessible — with an intended use, a risk assessment, validation evidence and a qualified person who remains accountable for the decision.

Why organisations engage with us
One accountable coordinator
A single point of coordination across science, manufacturing, quality and technology, instead of managing each provider separately.
Process and compliance literacy
Teams that understand GMP operations, validation and data integrity — not just software or consulting frameworks.
Transparent roles
Every activity is labelled as DGXP-led or partner-coordinated, so responsibilities are clear before work starts.
Documentation you can use
Reports, protocols and records written for the people who will review, inspect and maintain them.
Digital and AI readiness
Projects are designed so their data can later feed digital workflows and governed AI.
Honest scoping
Capability is confirmed after technical assessment and partner availability — never assumed.
